Note: online applications accepted only.Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday.Details: The assistant manager will manage overall day-to-day operations of the account, oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training, maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and the client as well as other departments, take ownership of the operation and ensure operation meets all timelines, conduct management meetings, audit units to ensure conformance with the Company, government and accrediting agency standards, regulations and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation and record keeping, hire, train and orientate new management associates, and other duties as assigned.Requirement: Building maintenance and/or janitorial management experience. Must be able to interact professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients, and customers, be detail-oriented, evaluate problems, and make appropriate recommendations. Job SummarySummary: As an Assistant Manager III, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of food service operations in keeping with all corporate and brand standards. You will maximize profitability, as well as, associate and team member satisfaction. You will ensure the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.Ensures the food offered to the client, customers, and associates of the operation is of superior quality.Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests and client, as well as, other departments within the operation.Performs other duties as assigned.
