Job description

We currently have an excellent opportunity available for aContracts Manager in our Hunt Valley, MD office to take on a vital role in supporting our legal contract team and existing commercial, municipal, local, state, and federal contract activities.What you will do:

Reporting to EA s Director of Contracts, the Contracts Manager will collaborate regularly with our legal team, project managers, and client, and be central to the establishment and maintenance of an efficient contract management process. Specific key responsibilities include:Handle the entire contract lifecycle, encompassing initiation, negotiation, monitoring, renewal, or closure.Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, project managers, and other internal teams during contract execution and negotiations.Create, enhance and update contract templates.Collaborate with legal and project management teams to negotiate favorable contract terms and resolve disputes arising from contract disagreements.Assess and propose enhancements to the contract management process.Monitor performance metrics for the contract.What we provide:
