**The Team**

As the **Manager of Implementation** at Upstart, you will lead a team of Implementation Specialists who work with our newest dealership clients to configure and launch Upstart Auto Retail products. This requires a technically minded, process-driven, results-focused individual who can liaise with our greater Implementation, Dealer Success, and Sales teams to deliver consistently high-quality onboarding experiences. The person in this role must have the strong leadership skills necessary to manage and mentor a mid size team of experienced automotive Implementation professionals. This involves being supportive, communicative and a good coach, while finding creative ways to stay engaged with the team. A comprehensive understanding of Upstart Auto Retails products as well as knowledge of automotive dealership systems and processes will be key to success. This person must be positive, consultative, self-motivated, . You will also be responsible for helping scale our Implementation teams, tools, and processes for our growing client base.

**Position location** This role is available in the following locations: Remote

**Time zone requirements** The team operates on the East/West coast time zones.

**Travel requirements** This team has regular onsite collaboration sessions. These occur 2-3 days per **Quarter** at the **Austin office**. If you need to travel to make these meetups, Upstart will cover all travel related expenses.

**How youll make an impact:**

* Oversee an implementation team. Inspire, lead and develop a team of Implementation Specialists dedicated to delivering value to our dealership clients and internal colleagues. Provide them with coaching, mentoring, career pathing, and constructive feedback.

* Ensure your team hits critical KPIs such as time to launch and customer satisfaction

* Help hire and onboard new Implementation Specialists as we grow our team

* Develop and implement bold new ideas that will help set and achieve team and company-wide goals, moving us forward.

* Set the overall vision and strategic plan for their Implementation vertical - build and scale an integrated IS organization, with specific focus on customer satisfaction, quality onboarding and efficiency.

* Work with the product and engineering teams to improve internal products as well as customer-facing one

**What were looking for:**

* At least two years in a leadership role in implementation or onboarding

* Experience in fast-paced technical environment

* Automotive experience a plus but not required

* Experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA and other project management tools
