The Bilingual Collections Specialist will be responsible for a large collections portfolio, handle credit reviews, and must have strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Responsibilities:
- Manage a large B2B collections portfolio
- Resolve complex client billing issues
- Analyze accounts & recommend collection strategies
- Generate comprehensive reports for management
- Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements and requests while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Bilingual fluency (French & English)
- Proven B2B collections experience
- Strong financial analysis & organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Excellent communication & service orientation
- College degree in a relevant field PREFERRED
- Dynamics 365 experience PREFERRED
