ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
As a Revenue Systems Business Analyst, you are responsible for understanding detailed Billing and Cash Application needs, documenting system processes and requirements, and participating in solution discussions. You will report to the Financial Systems Project Lead, and will be part of the execution, testing and go-live phases with the key project stakeholders and the Enterprise Team.
Your responsibilities on this project will consist of working closely with members of our Global Finance Systems and Business Operations Teams to understand business processes and requirements then translating them into functional and technical requirements. You will be responsible for the documentation of user scenarios and stories for development handoff. You will need the ability to translate business processes and functional requirements into documentation for our group of stakeholders and project members; open and two-way communication is expected throughout the lifecycle of the project to flag issues, concerns as well as provide regular updates to project artifacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain Billing and Cash Application process mapping and scenario documentation.
- Document Functional & Technical requirements/user stories
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders and technical teams on the design and implementation of documented requirements.
- Own updates to the Configuration Documentation - Functional & Technical design for the configuration of NetSuite/Zone Billing and applicable integrations including those to Salesforce and Stripe.
- Transfer requirements & user stories to JIRA tickets for our development team.
- Assist with several "Conference Room Pilots" documenting and prioritizing feedback.
- Assist with UAT and SIT documentation & execution
- Data Conversion and Data Migration Planning and Documentation
- Assist with Training Material Preparation
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, Information Technology, Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of full time experience as Business Analyst.
- Key participant in at least 1 SaaS ERP Implementations.
- Solid understanding of Quote to Cash processes, specifically Billing, Cash Application, and Collections
- Understanding of Accounting processes and configuration impacts to these processes..
- Experience documenting complex functional requirements
- Experience conducting requirements gathering and analysis sessions with key business stakeholders.
- JIRA experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours (9am-6pm EST).
- Experience with NetSuite Billing to Cash, Reporting, and Dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience participating in Enterprise Level System Implementation projects.
- Support SIT and UAT QA efforts
IT'S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Prior experience with Zone Billing or similar subscription / usage billing products and models
- Prior experience with Stripe or similar credit card processors
- Experience working with high-growth global companies
