JOB SUMMARY: The Medical Office Coordinator acts as a liaison between management as staff. The Coordinator is responsible for first-level counseling to staff and patients. Keeps management informed, early, of any personnel issues. Works as a collaborative member of the team to ensure quality operations. Initiates communication resulting in efficient work flows. Actively listens to staff and patients. Provides timely feedback and maintains confidentiality. Coordinates assigned to work to ensure smooth workflows. Promotes quality standards and expectations. Identifies and recommends opportunities for process improvements, promoting safety and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS: Basis professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience.
