Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify top candidates (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.).
Interviewing and Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes.
- Provide expert recommendations on candidate selection.
- Negotiate competitive offers.
Recruitment Process Development/Management:
- Develop and implement an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of technical roles, and technical skills.
Education and Experience:
- Five (5) to seven (7) seven years of experience in talent management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Government contracting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.
- Proficiency with utilizing multiple channels and tool to source candidates.
