Axient is seeking a **System Analyst Level IV** to join our Decision Support team at the Headquarters of the United States Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration and Requirements in Washington DC.


The Headquarters of the United States Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration and Requirements is responsible for analytic decision support to senior Air Force leaders; strategy development; operational concept development; operational challenge studies; operational/regional politico-military analysis; developing capability assessments; war and mobility planning support; requirements development; conducting net assessments; and Air Force Planning and Programming decision support of developing the Air Force of the future. Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) are required to support analysis across all phases of Air Force design to support the strategic planning and programming process: strategy development, force design, concept formulation; threat assessment, exercises, modeling and simulation and continuous feedback loops.


**What you will do...**


**Description**


The objective of this effort is to enhance Air Force Futures ability to assess, manage, and modify future concepts and evaluate the risk associated with those concepts as they support, and integrate with existing and/or other conceptual platforms and systems.


+ Provide the skills necessary to analyze business and management problems, and to recommend modifications of existing system designs, or the development of new system designs, to maximize efficient use of existing data.


+ Responsible for independent, single-system studies of medium complexity requiring familiarity with several phases of systems analysis and the development of analytical procedures.


+ Provide analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces, and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution.


**Skills you will need...**


Three (3) years of experience in operations research or technical field.


Bachelors degree Clearance Required: This position requires a **TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility** .
