• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports, resolving discrepancies before processing.
• Verify approvals, purchase orders, invoice numbers, and amounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of vendor invoices.
• Manage the organization and updating of accounts payable folders.
• Communicate issues to management for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar accounts payable position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Competency with NetSuite highly desired
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
