Senior Level - Transactional Executive Compensation Attorney

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a senior associate with 5+ years of experience for its Executive Compensation and ERISA team in DC or NY. The firm is considering candidates in JD class year 2019 and higher. The salary range for this position is between $310,000 to $435,000.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of significant experience and thorough understanding of executive compensation and ERISA.
• Strong academic credentials.
• State bar admission [New York or District of Columbia].
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client-interfacing skills; team focused.
