Job Summary:
Shively Motors, a leading automotive dealership in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an EXPERIENCED DETAILER to join our dynamic team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are clean, presentable, and in top condition for sale to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $16 to $19 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of all vehicles on our lot, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or defects, and inform management of any issues that need to be addressed
- Ensure all vehicle features and accessories are in working condition, such as the radio, lights, and AC
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detail area and equipment
- Assist with lot and inventory management, including moving vehicles around the lot as needed
- May occasionally assist with transporting vehicles to and from off-site locations

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
