Crystal is a personality data platform for scaling excellent communication skills across the entire organization. We reveal insights about anyone's personality, communication style, and buying preferences. Our mission is to equip B2B sales professionals with personality data so they can truly know their buyers and adapt to each buyer's unique needs.

We are seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented, highly curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative at Crystal, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying and establishing new relationships with potential clients. You'll be a critical part of the sales team, taking our products to market and helping to build our customer base. You'll develop relationships with prospects, educate them about our products, and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

As one of Crystal's BDRs, you will be at the forefront of our mission to propel our company to new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Drive consistent sales activities by identifying and prospecting potential customers through various channels such as social outreach, emailing, and cold-calling to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Effectively communicate the value of Crystal by learning and executing various talk tracks to potential clients.
  • Work closely and collaborate with our marketing & sales team to develop and execute targeted inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Maintain behavioral activity and goal performance in Hubspot and Apollo.io
  • Occasionally attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the company.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BDR role, preferably within SaaS
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales, meeting and/or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience using CRM = HubSpot. Other sales tools are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Bachelor s degree
