About Our ClientOur client is a well-respected Ohio-based company that is growing their operations in Columbus and needs Project Managers to help come in and join their growing team. They have several high-profile projects coming in and they need people with strong leadership skills to come in and run them. The company is going to be celebrating their 100th year anniversary and continue to make their impression across the state!Job DescriptionProvide project leadership and establish, implement, and support a proactive project safety cultureManage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposalsManage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are metReview monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the projectLead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goalsEnsure overall financial health of the project and project forecastsRepresent our client in the subcontract negotiations

The Successful ApplicantConstruction related degree strongly preferred10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.Working knowledge of construction technology and details.Previous experience working multiple projects bigger than $10 MilCandidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.Excellent written and oral communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and clients.Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical.What's on OfferA competitive base salary between $110,000-$140,000 (Depending on Experience)Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
