The work - How you will contribute: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Vice President of Preconstruction at Wallick Communities will play a critical role in the success of our multifamily projects by leading our preconstruction efforts, ensuring plan accuracy, design guidance, cost estimating and preconstruction coordination. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the development, design, and construction teams to optimize project outcomes and deliver exceptional results.
