Our client, an association in DC, is seeking a long-term temporary HR Generalist to support their Washington, DC team for at least 6 months!

About the Job:

• Manage questions and requests related to employee benefits, including commuting and wellness benefits.
• Administer benefit enrollments, qualified life events, census updates, and the annual open enrollment process.
• Run monthly and quarterly benefits reports and complete other employment law related reports.
• Manage the annual wellness fair, the parking reimbursement program, and FSA/DCA accounts.
• Assist with payroll administration, reference checks, employee offboarding, and auditing/updating contact information.
• Create and compile analytical data, complete compensation and benefits surveys, draft memos, create presentations, and assist with policy writing.

About You:

• 5+ years of strong human resources experience.
• Dayforce, or other HRIS, experience is highly preferred.
• Tech savvy with a proficiency in Excel is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.

About the Position:

• Pays $25/hr-$30/hr
• Temporary for 6+ months.
• 25-37.5 hours per week.
• Hybrid onsite in Washington, DC.
