We are a small team and are looking for a Systems Engineer with a minimum of 11 years relevant experience and a Bachelor s Degree to deliver enterprise video collaboration capabilities, including architectural design and optimization, system evaluation and analysis. The candidate shall work closely with a Senior Project Manager to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. The systems engineer shall lead analysis at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal; ensure the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions; and translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Broad system experience and understanding of supporting elements of modern enterprise video capabilities architecture including the OS and relevant networks.

+ Experience analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise video capabilities.

+ Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

+ Ability to mitigate issues and provide detailed status updates

+ Technical expertise within video communication networks

+ Technical knowledge of Unified Communication (UC) network systems

+ Ability to provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architectures

+ Experience operating Cisco system components

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
