Summary
The goal of the EDM - Strategy and Solutions project is to develop data management techniques for the IRS's complex, hybrid and multi-cloud environment with data protection policies designed to preserve data integrity at scale, control access to-and the data in all states (DIM, DIU, DAR) across all disparate platforms (on premises, clouds, apps, etc.), create audit trails, data insights, user behavioral analytics, data mapping, and support the development of new data management capabilities.

Cloud Security SME Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize enterprise-wide encryption methodologies to reduce DLP monitoring visibility gaps
- Develop CIPEC Program EDM Strategic Plan for expanding Microsoft/Azure EDM capabilities into non-Microsoft clouds
- Establish a CIPEC front door service for pre/post-acquisition evaluations and requirements for EDM
- Scale unauthorized access (UNAX) and data exfiltration monitoring and reporting for internal and encrypted traffic
Cloud Security SME Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of overall Cloud Security experience
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Azure

- MUST have an active public trust
