Our Newest Opportunity:

The Senior Treasury Specialist will monitor/process/approve cash flow transactions to ensure the financial health of the company and to ensure that all Client and Employee transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

* Promptly address and resolve any priority and regular issues arising from personal and Treasury e-mail, CRM cases and tasks, usually regarding time sensitive needs.

* Timely Process, Monitor or Approve all bank transactions: NACHA files, ACHs, Wires, Reverse Wires, and stop payments.

* Release payrolls when wires received.

* Monitor, advise and assist BPO Treasury staff.

* Daily review and processing of all Bank transaction exceptions (Positive Pay & ACH Positive Pay) within each Bank's allotted timeframe

* Daily review and management of Accounts Receivables

* Call banks as necessary to obtain trace numbers or other information.

* Create and enter bank deposits in to Accounting software.

* Make Bank Deposits if applicable to the individual.

* Work with employees from other departments to ensure proper processing and recording of treasury transactions such as Voids, Re-issues, Same Day transactions, Reverse Wires, etc.

* Creation &/or updating of detailed written work instructions (SOP's)

* Draft or QC & Approve bank templates along with the capture of SOC evidence.

* Treasury research as needed.

* Handle and process incoming mail in resident office.

* Management of paper and electronic files of Treasury data

* Work on special projects, when requested; assist with yearly audit preparation / requests.

* Maintain SOC documentation.

* Abide by SOC controls.

* Abide by NACHA rules and regulations.

* Back up to other Treasury Staff

* Back up to Treasurer for cash internal transfers, other bank transaction approvals, and any other exception items

* Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge.

Required Experience

* Minimum 5 years of general work experience

* Treasury/Accounting/Finance background preferred.

* Payroll processing experience preferred.

* PEO experience preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
