RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Marketing and Brand team, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for executing integrated marketing communications campaigns that build awareness, generate conversions, and drive leads for multiple initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, managing, and leveraging the full mix of marketing activities, both internal and external, to support each campaign, as well as tracking results. This role will work closely with the other Marketing, Constituent Engagement, and Product Strategy and Business Development teams to craft campaign messages, identify and create deliverables, and report results. The position will support the marketing aspects of new program and product launches including developing awareness campaigns and supporting sales and service enablement efforts. In addition, the position will be responsible for identifying and developing collateral materials with compelling narratives that engage and educate our audiences, constituents, and staff.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires:
  • Candidates must live in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar product marketing, digital marketing communications or program marketing roles
  • Excellent communication skills, especially writing skills and ability to manage external communication to multiple audiences
  • Ability to draft, edit, and proof copy that is both conversational, accurate, and can compel action
  • Success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing campaigns with the ability to drive projects to completion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, juggle multiple projects, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management, keen attention to detail, organization skills, and deadline driven; ability to manage multiple projects on schedule and within budget
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster and build relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication and project management
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse environment and take initiative in individual contributor work
  • Passion for higher education, access and equity in education and understanding of the college admissions process


The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Education technology or non-profit program marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, content management, and email marketing automation solutions; Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, including PPC and social.
  • Experience working with external advertising agencies.
  • A passion for higher education is a plus.


PAY RANGE

$77,000-$90,000
