Physical Therapist Assistant PTA PRN

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Physical Therapists to develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation


• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery


• Assist in evaluating the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress


• Record and document patient care services


• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.


• Current VA State PTA License.


• Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred.


• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.


• Minimum of one-year experience in an acute care facility, outpatient setting, community health service or Home Health agency in the past two years as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) preferred.
