Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Greet in-person office staff and visitors
* Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls in a pleasant manner, taking and relaying detailed messages
* Receive, respond to, and direct questions from employees and the public
* Upload content, manage posts, ensure timely responses to posts/questions on social media (refer to supervisor if questions arise that require subject matter expertise)
* Run simple reports to track progress toward social media goals using key performance indicators
* Schedule meeting/conference rooms and coordinate any necessary refreshments for guest and corporate meetings
* Provide support for internal incentive plan to encourage employee engagement in sharing AIT posts and successes on social media
* General administrative and clerical support to all offices
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outbound mail, packages, and deliveries (including FedEx and UPS)
* Adhere to a written and clearly defined social media strategy
* Schedule maintenance appointments
* Maintain cleanliness of office public areas
* Organize all office supplies and process orders for new supplies

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and proactively contribute in a fast-paced environment
* Proven administrative and social media experience
* Strong understanding of all social platforms and experience using various analytics software
* Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
* Additional office duties as assigned
Education and Experience
* Proficiency in operating computers, copiers, MS Office, and Outlook
* Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures
* Proficiency in customer service skills
* Experience posting on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, SharePoint, Instagram, etc.)
* Preferred knowledge of software applications like Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and various social media platforms
