Job description
Title: Seeking TWO Air Domain Subject Matter Experts (SME) Close Air Support (CAS) Pilots or Officers with Joint Terminal Attack Control Qualifications.
Location: Remote support (CONUS) and one forward engagement in partner nation and U.S. Combatant Command Headquarters (templated forward travel: 8 July 2024 16 August 2024)
Level of Effort - Monthly Breakdown for each SME:
The Hoplite Group is seeking two Air Domain SMEs to assist a partner nation in reviewing a previously conducted capabilities-based assessment to validate, support, and refine the implementation plan. Selected candidates will also review Joint Tactical Air Control (JTAC) course curriculum to ensure successful execution of operations.
Requirements:
Location: Remote support (CONUS) and one forward engagement in partner nation and U.S. Combatant Command Headquarters (templated forward travel: 8 July 2024 16 August 2024)
Level of Effort - Monthly Breakdown for each SME:
- May: 80 hours remote support
- June: 80 hours remote support
- July: 160 hours travel to OCONUS location to partner nation
- August: 120 hours travel to OCONUS location to partner nation
- 1-7 September 2024: 20 hours
The Hoplite Group is seeking two Air Domain SMEs to assist a partner nation in reviewing a previously conducted capabilities-based assessment to validate, support, and refine the implementation plan. Requirements:
- Close Air Support pilots (preferred retired O-5/O-6) with extensive experience in air to ground integration operations.
- Knowledgeable in Joint Targeting processes.
- Knowledgeable in JTAC operations as former certified JTACs or experience as a Forward Air Controllers (FAC).
- Experience working in a Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC).
- Department of Defense current/active Secret Clearance a must.
