Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for an Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) Help Desk Specialist.

Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) Help Desk Specialist Responsibilities:

Provide IT support.

Monitoring, reviewing, interpreting, evaluating and reporting on technical aspects of the operation.

Provide the interface between technical aspects and the operational requirements of the command.

Assists customers with ordering, analysis, evaluation and preparation of recommendations for improvements, optimization, developments and/or maintenance of services.

Operates as the liaison between the technical development team and multiple business units across the client organization.

Functions as a liaison with higher level Command Contract Technical Representatives (CTRs) on related issues.

Develops, interprets, plans, and applies policy, process, procedure, and strategy in the delivery of multi-discipline IT services required to achieve data and system integration/interoperability supporting..

Maintains current knowledge of client systems and subsequent upgrades or changes.

Provides technical support for program personnel in various locations who have assets and peripherals.

Provides government approved brief on security responsibilities to Staff.

Determines and orders service requirements for new personnel.

Transfers existing or creates new user accounts, ensures user forms are completed and routed to the Command Information Assurance Manager (IAM).

Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) Help Desk Specialist Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Information Technology field.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.

Experience in services of Information Technology assets accounts for the Navy is a plus.
