Are you a tech-savvy people person? We re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can help us find the next generation of tech talent. At Robert Half, you ll source, screen, and place awesome candidates in roles where they can shine.

What You ll Do:

• Scout out top tech talent using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Chat with candidates to get to know their skills, experience, and fit for our clients.
• Team up with hiring managers and clients to nail down job requirements and expectations.
• Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from first contact to offer letter.
• Keep a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to go.
• Create an amazing experience for candidates and maintain strong relationships with both them and our clients.
• Stay in the loop on industry trends, salaries, and new tech to keep our talent pool fresh and competitive.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, ideally at a staffing agency.
• Solid understanding of tech roles and stacks (e.g., software development, systems engineering, data science).
• Killer communication and people skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Strong networking chops and relationship-building skills.
• A goal-driven mindset with a history of hitting recruitment targets.
