My client, Miorini Law, an elder law and estate planning law firm, is hiring a Client Service Coordinator / Administrative Assistant for a full-time, IN PERSON position in their Tysons Corner office.

NOTE: This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.

What will you be doing?

  • Professionally communicate with clients to include answering incoming phone calls and emails to the general firm inbox.
  • Managing busy calendars to include scheduling and confirming client appointments in addition to managing firm deadlines using Clio.
  • Compiling client welcome packages prior to clients meetings and ensure the conference room is meeting ready.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ethical requirements of the legal field, especially when handling sensitive client information.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital client files using Clio in an organized manner.
  • Helping with special projects as assigned.

What does success look like in this job?

  • 2-3 years related experience
  • You LOVE talking with clients and prospective clients on the phone and in person and are super friendly.
  • You are a self-starter with sound judgment.
  • You have strong writing, reading, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Dropbox and Office 365
  • Ability to take initiative and learn other computer software programs including Clio Manage
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professional and empathetic interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated abilities to both collaborate in a team and work independently
  • Knowledge of French language a plus but not required

Pay range: $50,000 55, 000 depending on experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
