My client is currently seeking a talented Oral Surgeon. We are dedicated to building a team of exceptional Oral Surgeons to ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice. As an Oral Surgeon with us, you will have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry and have control over treatment plans.
Oral Surgeon documents:
- Current Dental License for the state where you intend to practice
- Oral Surgery Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental University
- General Anesthesia Permit
- Current CPR Card
- NPI Number
- DEA Certificate
Credentialing Items to Collect from Oral Surgeons:
- Proof of the right to work in the U.S.
- Picture Identification
- Dental License
- Dental School Diploma
- CPR Card
- DEA Card
