Job description

We have partnered with an established organization in the DMV area that is seeking a highly organized individual to join them as an Executive Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. As the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting communications, and handling various tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Executive s schedule, including scheduling complex travel and conferences, appointment setting and managing any changes to existing commitments.
  • Oversee complex work and personal calendars for Executive and family.
  • Lead and coordinate events, dinners, and executive meetings, facilitating travel and logistics.
  • Draft, edit and manage all correspondence, communications, presentations, and documents for the Executive, handling communication with discretion and good judgement.
  • Monitor, screen, and distribute incoming packages and communications.
  • Review, maintain and secure personal, financial, and corporate documents and record, process, and track payments for Executive and their family.
  • Liaise with visitors, clients, key stakeholders, and internal staff as needed.
  • Prepare checks and documents for review and signature.
  • Run errands and manage personal tasks as requested.
  • Coordinate projects and assignments, evaluate and select consultants and vendors on behalf of the Executive as directed.
  • Perform any other duties, responsibilities, tasks, or projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience providing administrative support.
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
  • Strong judgement and decision-making ability.
  • Confidentiality, initiative, and adaptability.
