As the Director of Assisted Living, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the exceptional care provided to our residents in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your leadership will ensure that our nursing services maintain the highest quality standards, reflecting our dedication to the well-being of those we serve

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, organization, and direction of clinical operations within the Assisted Living department.
• Develop and implement nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to uphold quality care standards and compliance.
• Determine staffing levels and procedures to ensure optimal care delivery and service excellence.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel to maintain a culture of compassionate care and professionalism.
• Monitor nursing documentation and review resident care plans to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in Assisted Living care, with a management level background.
• Current PA RN licensure in good standing is required.
• Gerontology Certification is preferred.
