Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage the President and CEO s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and appointments, ensuring alignment with the CEO s priorities and availability
  • Act as the main contact person for all scheduling inquiries, whether they come from within the organization or outside, guaranteeing timely and courteous replies.
  • Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts ahead of time, adapting as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities and urgent demands.
  • Aid in organizing travel plans, such as booking flights, arranging accommodations, and coordinating transportation
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion


Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

  • 0-1 years of previous experience working in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently; ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex issues while maintaining a flexible, positive, and cooperative demeanor
