Your Role

As a key member of the VSI brand strategy team, this Specialist role supports the Sr. Marketing Manager with the execution and optimization of marketing messages across digital and store touchpoints that foot back to overarching seasonal and organizational strategies.

In addition to running point on ensuring integrated marketing campaigns are being executed according to laid out strategies, inclusive of CSR initiatives, this person will also be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing fast-chase agility strategies that our business needs to adopt to improve the relevance, engagement, and success of our marketing communications.

Lastly, this role will support special projects on an as needed basis and serve as the brand store marketing liaison - ensuring that the seasonal strategies and promotional activities are holistically briefed and executed, resulting in a seamless omni-channel customer experience.

Your Impact

1. IN-SEASON CONTENT STRATEGY

* Post photo shoot, ensures that pre-season strategies are carrying through to executions across all store/digital channels inclusive of site, app, social, e-mail, SMS/Push and paid media for a holistic Go-To-Market Strategy for our customers

* Owner of Brand Strategy Marketing Framework and Prepping Floorset Strategy Decks in-season

* Drives promotional storytelling strategy, including SAS, as part of in-season optimization: attends offer-related meetings and milestones and ensures overarching best practices are carried out across digital and store marketing touchpoints with close partnership with PINK

* Patterns competitive brands innovative ways of promotional levers and identify actionable insights and briefing in-season chases.

* Responsible for elevating and acting upon fast chase trend/cultural relevance opportunities, including amplifying in-season influencer content; quickly assemble proper cross functional partners and execute with agility

* Run point on preplanned trend drop strategy and execution, including the development of site landing experiences in partnership with digital merchandising and VS Now teams

2. HINDSIGHT TO ACTION

* Supports actions from Monday hindsight + Tuesday action in-season process: attends Monday and Tuesday working team business meetings (Tuesday All Hands, TAM download to Creative)

* Supports Brand Strategy Marketing team with compiling overarching seasonal lookbacks and develops the consolidated marketing POV that will help drive future marketing actions

3. SPECIAL PROJECTS

* Supports execution for special projects that connects the marketing brand strategy goals

* Drives and oversees multi-cultural marketing campaigns and cultural celebrations on digital channels and in store

* Run point on traffic driving marketing initiatives; New Store Openings, all in-store events, Pop-ups and major activation projects

* Collaborate with store operations on connectivity to home office marketing programs, proper field associate comms and engagement initiatives

* Participate in store travel when necessary and recap insights to actions

Minimum Salary: $55,500.00

Maximum Salary: $73,395.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred

* 2-3 years relevant working experience

* Fashion retail experience a plus

* Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas

* Excellent organization and time management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines

* Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills

* As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office two days during the week, Wednesday and Thursday
