Job description

Temporary Accounting Assistant (2-3 Months)
Location: Frederick, MD (On-site)

About the Role:
We are seeking a temporary Accounting Assistant to join our team for a 2-3 month contract. In this role, you will provide administrative and accounting support to the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial data processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Other duties assigned




Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software required
  • Experience in a similar role a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
