Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed, not-for-profit, community-based hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. Suburban Hospital is a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine and has served Montgomery County and the surrounding area for more than 65 years and is a designated trauma
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver safe, therapeutic, and age-appropriate patient care. May assign tasks and provide guidance and direction to unlicensed assistive personnel. The Registered Nurse may delegate activities within the scope of practice for the LPN.

- Collects data for the assessment of the patient through direct observation, review of current condition and health status, obtaining past medical history, medication history, reviewing medical records
- Perform a focused physical assessment focusing on current conditions and problems
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Currently licensed to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
- Current CPR Certification required.
Shift:
- Limited, 24hrs per week
- Day shift
