Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional software solutions.
3. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software systems.
4. Leverage knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP Cloud) to optimize software performance and scalability.
5. Ensure the successful delivery of SaaS technology solutions, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
6. Implement and promote agile methodologies (Scrum) within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
7. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for software development initiatives.
8. Monitor software projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
9. Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen the company's technology platform and development practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in delivering SaaS technology solutions.
3. 5+ years of experience in a software management role.
4. Proven experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP Cloud.
5. Solid understanding of software design and architecture.
6. Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of making sound technical decisions.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express complex technical concepts.
10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
