In this role, you will play a pivotal role in strategic management, ensuring alignment with client's cloud and AI objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. Oversee and manage strategic planning, cloud and ai programs, ensuring they meet objectives, stay within scope, and are completed on time and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Lead the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans that align with the goals of the public sector client.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities and translate them into actionable initiatives.

Change Management:

Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and change management processes.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program status, performance outcomes, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic cloud and ai initiatives.Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders to review progress and gather feedback.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program and change initiative execution.Monitor and address any issues that arise during the implementation of strategic and cloud and ai initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Manage team of expert consultants to achieve requirements of SOW.Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance team capabilities in strategic planning, and cloud and ai initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead continuous improvement efforts by regularly reviewing and refining strategic planning, program management, and change management processes.Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in strategic planning and change management.

Qualifications:Experience:

15+ years of experience in program management and strategic planning support.Proven experience providing strategic planning support for USG agency

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Skills:

Strong project and program management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives.Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.Proficiency in program management and strategic planning tools and software.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior federal experience and familiarity with federal cloud strategy and operations.Advanced certifications in program management (e.g., PMP) and strategic planning.
