Trusted Staffe is pleased to collaborate with a leading hospital in the vibrant city of Baltimore, Maryland, to recruit a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for their Labor & Delivery unit. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, providing comprehensive care to women and their families during the childbirth experience.

Unit Summary:

The Labor & Delivery unit is a 20-bed facility equipped with 3 triage rooms, 7 LDRs, 2 ORs, 3 PACU bays, and 5 observation beds. This high-risk obstetrical unit provides access to a Level III+ NICU, ensuring the highest level of care for both mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver safe, age-appropriate care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.


• Collaboration: Work as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, providing expert consultation and guidance to patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.


• Clinical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of theory and practice in a specialized field to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.


• Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard throughout the birthing process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school (preferred)
