RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of the loaner car process
- Follow up with clients
- Explain the terms of rental agreements.
- Complete paperwork, update computer records and take payments
- Record a car's condition and make notes of any existing bumps or scratches
- Explain and demonstrate any special features.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High energy
- Positive and energetic personality
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
