The Finance Manager will report directly to the Group CFO and play a pivotal role in overseeing both the financial and operational aspects of our organization. As a valued business partner, you'll collaborate closely with management to shape and execute our strategic vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to budget, forecast, and business plan development.
• Validate profit and loss statements and management metrics.
• Ensure adherence to group reporting deadlines and coordinate with operational stakeholders.
• Analyze results, identify deviations, and implement action plans.
• Lead management cycles and engage with various departments.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional group projects in collaboration with other group management controllers.
• Analyze and communicate industrial performance data.
• Oversee cash management.
• Support business operations in enhancing IT tools.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Provide operational support as needed.
• Supervise a team of 9 members, including accounting and financial controller.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for two US manufacturing divisions.
• Product costing analysis
• Performs variance analysis between actual and planned/standard costs.
• Track and communicate capital expenditure projects.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

• Hold a higher education degree with a focus on finance/Accounting, coupled with prior successful experience in industrial management control.
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excel in teamwork and project management.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Fluent French is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management.
