Summary:
Join our dynamic team at a family-owned custom home solutions retail business in Edgewater, MD. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Office/Accounts Professional to provide top-tier customer service, manage finances, and take on administrative tasks with enthusiasm and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable/Record keeping:
- Handle the complete cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable using Quickbooks.
- Process invoices, billings, and payments with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Quickly reconcile financial discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.

2. Payroll and Tax Preparation:
- Coordinate payroll operations and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute paychecks while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of employee compensation, tax documents, and related details.

3. Customer Excellence:
- Help create a warm and hospitable experience for customers.
- Provide a personal and friendly experience to every customer, whether through email, phone, or in-person interaction.

4. Administrative Support:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related documentation and invoicing.
- Support general administrative tasks with a diligent and proactive approach.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Bilingual in English/Spanish and Portuguese is essential
