Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, Ellie has continued to grow with multiple clinics across the country.

We are looking for Therapists

The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and will thrive in a culture that emphasizes: creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination. Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services.

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.

Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling the gaps in our community.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates are required to have a master s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Must be Licensed in Maryland as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LMFT.

A passion for patient care.

Creative and innovative approach to mental health.

Preferred experience with children, adolescents and teens.

Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
