Your Role: As a licensed clinician, you'll play a pivotal role in providing psychotherapy and care coordination services. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions. You'll work with diverse populations across all age groups, ensuring that each person receives personalized, compassionate care.

Requirements/Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Maryland licensure LMSW or LGPC required; Licensed LCSW-C or LCPC preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions and coordinate care plans.
  • Work with diverse populations, adapting care as needed.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks and issues.
  • Demonstrate competence in crisis intervention and compassionate care.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize computer systems for documentation and analysis.
