Requirements:5+ years of direct project management experience on $20M+ projects (schools & higher education project experience highly preferred)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.Current PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certificationsOSHA 30Organized, with great attention to detailEffective presentation skills both to internal and external groupsWell versed in excel and all MS Office ProgramsStrong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person)Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
