Job Duties
- Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy to patients recovering from a traumatic brain injury, work-related injury, or motor vehicle accident.
- Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
- Progress Monitoring: Meet regularly with the Care Team to discuss patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Uphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company's ESG goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the Maryland State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD)
- Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner
- Actively practicing
