Job Duties

  • Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy to patients recovering from a traumatic brain injury, work-related injury, or motor vehicle accident.
  • Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
  • Progress Monitoring: Meet regularly with the Care Team to discuss patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure a coordinated approach to care.

  • Uphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company's ESG goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Must be fully licensed by the Maryland State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD)

  • Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner
  • Actively practicing

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
