Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Technical Support Lead to join our team. This role demands extensive experience with DoD acquisition processes and a deep understanding of electrical power systems, control systems, and computer hardware and software. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex projects related to the design, testing, and evaluation of submarine and surface ship systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical support projects in compliance with DoD acquisition processes.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for program management and technical initiatives.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of electric power generation, distribution, and conversion systems.
  • Conduct advanced circuit analysis and provide solutions for power management challenges.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and integration of control systems for various applications.
  • Ensure systems meet rigorous performance and reliability standards.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of complex computer hardware and software systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing and new technologies.
  • Apply expertise in magnetics and fiber optics to relevant projects.
  • Perform detailed evaluations and analyses to enhance system performance.
  • Manage both conceptual and detailed design phases for multi-functional facilities and support systems.
  • Evaluate submarine or surface ship structural configurations, machinery, and component designs at model and full scale.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee their execution to validate designs and system implementations.
  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience with DoD acquisition processes, including roles in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Electric power generation, distribution, and conversion.
    • Control system development.
    • Computer software and hardware design and implementation.
    • Circuit analysis, magnetics, and/or fiber optics.
  • Experience in conceptual and detailed design and multi-functional facilities and support systems for test and evaluation of submarine or surface ship structural configurations, machinery, and/or component designs in model and full scale.
  • Master's Degree (MS) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of electrical engineering.
  • Graduate degree in the field of business administration (MBA) is also desirable.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
