- Microsoft Windows 10 experience, Desktop imaging and deployment technologies, Standard desktop, workstation & laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, Strong technology troubleshooting skills
- ATM support role within the Consumer IT organization.
- Interfaces with ATM vendors and internal support teams in support of the ATM fleet.
- Supports scheduling and coordination of software deployments and validation.
- Production support and incident research/follow-up.
- Supports ATM test lab environment; coordinates with vendors, internal quality assurance team and software packaging and deployment teams.
- Knowledge of Powershell
- On-Call Responsibilities
- Support production availability and functioning of the ATM and ensure high performance and a great user experience
- Lead and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Work with other IT teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
