Come join us!Job SummaryThis position is responsible for auditing the export documentation to ensure the data is accurate and complies with the customer s and MSC s documentation requirements.Key Responsibilities:Collecting and, uploading all data entry done to the audit file to be moved later to the Power BI data cube.Uploading the DTX Precheck report of closing vessels.Reviewing the master instruction belonging to each shipment to manifest, making sure the booking settings match with it and completion of data entry is based on the information received while upholding the company s policies.Report all errors found while reviewing the data entry.Coach specific data entry personnel on specific ways of improvement.Collect feedback from customer service for target focused customer specific auditing.Suggest and implement initiatives to reduce data entry errors and Manifest Correctors.Providing the manifest corrector numbers to SSC.Audits completed data entry and updates bills of lading if errors are found, to ensure the best product is sent to the customer.Communicates clearly to data entry personnel concerning errors found and steps to avoid re-occurrence.Liaises between data entry teams and customers service teams to ensure all pending criteria on the bill of lading is closed.Informs customer service representatives of any pending criteria that restricts the locking of a bill of lading.Provides assistance to any section of the Export Documentation when possible.Audits High Value customers as Targeted Audits.Audits closing vessels bills of lading where specific errors have been identified in the DTX Precheck report.Performs other duties as required.Qualifications & Key Competencies:Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experiencePrior experience in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc. preferred.English: advancedStrong attention to detailsOrganized, efficient, and able to manage time effectivelyStrong customer service mindset, focused, and responsiveAbility to work under tight deadlinesGreat team playerKnowledge of MS Excel with the ability to learn new softwarePreferred skills, experience, educationWhat We OfferHealth InsuranceDental & Vision InsuranceLife Insurance: one-time annual salary up to $50,000Long Term Disability InsurancePaid Parental LeaveBusiness Travel InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts - (Health, Dependent Care, Transit/Parking)Supplemental Life, Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity PlansYou will also have access to additional benefits,
