Trillium Construction is hiring for an HVAC/Plumbing Estimator to work with a veteran-owned Federal contractor in Waldorf, MD. This is a full-time, long-term, direct-hire position and hiring ASAP!

Duties:

• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
• Become proficient with all product offerings, estimating, and e-commerce software tools
• Create quotes and respond to inbound queries and requests
• Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
• Review mechanical drawings for incoming quote requests
• Understand scope of HVAC and plumbing work to bid
• Communicate with the engineering department on new and current projects
• Prepare job take offs

Compensation:

• Annual salary around $100,000 or higher, depending on experience
• M/V/D insurance

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience estimating on Federal projects
• 5 years of experience estimating on medical facilities
• Proficient in estimating software, and MS Office programs
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
