LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST

Direct Hire role with our client located in Fredericksburg, PA.

Work Environment: On-Site 5 days per week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
• Prepare month end balance sheet account reconciliations
• Lead role in the annual operating plan/budget process
• Compare actual costs to budgeted costs
• Product and margin cost and profitability analysis
• Support compliance of sales tax in multi-state footprint
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. in Accounting, CPA a plus
• 3+ years of relevant accounting and analysis experience
• Strong systems abilities working in an ERP and other reporting applications
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. upon hire
• Effective time management and communication skills for a global matrixed organization
• Technical skill requirements
