Warnken, LLC has been growing rapidly. The role will serve the negligence side of the practice, in either litigation or pre-litigation, depending on fit of the candidate.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as the preparation of legal documents, communication with clients and opposing counsel, discovery drafting and responses, and document review.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication skills
• Experienced in Research and Document Review
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
