Location:

Seattle, WA (98109)Start onsite for training, then transition to FULLY REMOTE (100%) after 30 days (or as short as two weeks, depending on experience and learning speed)

Schedule/Shift:Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Duration:

This is an 800-hour contracted role with no guarantee of conversion to full-time employment (FTE).

Pay Rate:

$19-$24.40/hour

Responsibilities:Imaging, radiology, PT referrals, and prior authorizations.Access assigned work queue using Epic.Follow up on authorizations from the previous day.Initiate new authorizations.Manage inbox of questions, including outside referral requests.Sort work queue daily: authorizations, referrals, tracking authorizations.Assist teammates if queues are cleared.Daily Expectations/Metrics:

Process 15-30 authorizations per day, depending on complexity.

Requirements:2-3+ years of referral experience (initiating, creating, and tracking referrals).2-3+ years of experience with OneHealth Port and AIM Portal.Strong understanding of insurance terminology.Epic experience is preferred, but not required.
