About the Role:

The ITSD Consultant - Nightshift role installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots networks and associated assemblies by performing duties personally. The responsibilities of this position are essential in supporting DelCor s mission of helping association, nonprofit, and foundation clients add value to their communities.

It is essential for the ITSD Consultant to develop successful client relations by providing strong initiative, listening, and rapport-building skills, cutting-edge IT knowledge and experience, and time-sensitive solutions with the ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience:

3+ of recent hands-on experience working in help desk or service desk environment

Microsoft LANs MCSE 2008 or greater

Recent hands-on experience with Windows server (2012 and 2016) and workstation (Windows 7,8, and 10) environments is

Experience with Office 365 or Exchange server

Proficiency with Active Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and remote access

Recent experience administering Windows Server, Exchange Servers, Citrix Metaframe, Windows Terminal Server, and Firewalls (e.g., Sonicwall, CISCO) is highly desired

Experience with MSP and RMM tools is highly desired

Experience supporting users, network devices, and servers remotely

Must be willing to work nightshift including potential weekends
